I don't believe in one leadership style.

But I believe that women can lead as they truly are – clear, empathetic and powerful at the same time.

 

For me, leadership means developing people. Opening up space. Giving courage. And it should all be fun – for me as a leader and for my team.

 

I create an environment where performance comes from motivation and passion.

 

My greatest success?

When someone not only grows professionally through my support, but also experiences real, positive change as a person.
