General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

for Coaching, Programs, and Digital Offers

by Hebrank & Hebrank GbR – “Du kannst CHEF.IN”

 

 

1. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all contracts between Hebrank & Hebrank GbR (represented by Elke Hebrank and Carsten Hebrank) and their clients in connection with coaching services, digital products, workshops, online courses, and bookings via Calendly.

 

 

2. Subject Matter of the Contract

Hebrank & Hebrank GbR offers one-on-one coaching, group programs, and digital content (e.g. work materials) for professional and personal development – especially to prepare and empower women for leadership roles.

 

 

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded through booking via online form (e.g. Calendly), email, or personal request. The booking is binding. There is no entitlement to participation; Hebrank & Hebrank GbR reserves the right to refuse bookings without stating reasons.

 

 

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in euros. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made before the start of the service via the payment methods offered during the booking process. Payment in installments is only possible upon individual agreement.

 

 

5. Cancellation by the Client

For booked one-on-one coachings:

– Cancellation up to 48 hours before the session: free of charge

– Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% of the fee is due

 

For programs (e.g. group offers or digital courses):

– Withdrawal after the program has started is not possible.

– For digital products, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB (due to download and immediate use).

 

 

6. Cancellations or Changes by Hebrank Coaching

Hebrank & Hebrank GbR reserves the right to reschedule appointments for valid reasons (e.g. illness). In such cases, an alternative date will be offered. No compensation claims will be accepted.

 

 

7. Responsibility of the Participant

Participation is at the client’s own responsibility. Coaching does not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment. The client agrees not to withhold any health-related information that may be relevant.

 

 

8. Copyright / Usage Rights

All content, templates, videos, texts, PDFs, and other materials are the intellectual property of Hebrank Coaching and may not be copied or shared with third parties without written permission.

 

 

9. Confidentiality

Hebrank & Hebrank GbR treats all personal information confidentially. Participants also agree not to share content from group programs with others.

 

 

10. Data Protection

The privacy policy at www.hebrank-coaching.com/datenschutz applies. Bookings via Calendly are subject to their privacy policy.

 

 

11. Place of Fulfillment / Jurisdiction

The place of fulfillment is the business location of Hebrank & Hebrank GbR. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, as far as legally permissible.

 

 

12. Severability Clause

If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
