I studied mechanical engineering – specializing in production management – I have been working for the company for almost 20 years.
Started in the field of Manufacturing Engineering,
led in production, in quality, in IT.
I was in Hamburg, Stade, Buxtehude. In France. In India.
I have led teams of 1 to 115 people –
local, international, cross-location.
Always new. Always different. And always with one goal:
to develop people.

I am a mother of two wonderful children aged 4 & 6.

I know that not every day can be planned.
And I also know that we have to stop
to wait for the “right moment”.

I accompany people in leadership.
Since I've been there myself.

Not just today. Not just women.
But with all my heart for those who are often overlooked.
Not because they can't. But because they don't know how.
Because they wonder if they are good enough.
Because they have their sights set on the next step – but don't know how to take it. Because they apply – and get rejected.
Because they are already leading – but don’t yet have the courage.
Because they don’t want to sell themselves – but still want to be seen.

I accompany women in leadership,
because I know what this difference can trigger.
Why I offer these four programs
Leadership is not a destination – leadership is a path.
And this path looks different for everyone.
But what I see again and again:
There are four crucial phases,
in which women do not fail –
but get stuck.
Because they don't know how.
Because no one shows them what really matters.
Because they doubt, even though they could have been leading long ago.
I have gone through exactly these phases myself.
And made a program out of each one.
STRONG
I know the feeling of not being sure.
Not just in front of stages, but in meetings,
in introductions, in everyday moments.
I have long wondered whether I am good enough –
although I have been leading for a long time.
Today I know: self-confidence is not a gift.
It is a decision.
And it grows when you show yourself.

Many women want to lead –
and are still overlooked.
Because they shine professionally, but are not politically present.
Because they don’t have a network – or the wrong one.
Because they don’t know how to become visible,
without selling yourself.
Or because no one ever told them
that attitude is also important – not just know-how.
I show them how to make a difference.
And how they themselves recognize him.

For me that means:

Leadership is not an end in itself.
Leadership means achieving a goal together.
With fun. With attitude. With responsibility.
I lead with a clear vision, efficient delegation,
Empowerment and a genuine ear for every concern.
And I pass this on – in clear language,
at eye level, no frills.

CAREER

I have not only led teams – but also team leaders.
I have developed department heads –
and prepared some for the next step.
Because I know what it means to grow in leadership.
And because I know how it feels when the next step suddenly no longer seems frightening –
but is possible.
My goal:
I want to make a real difference.
Not with standard coaching, but with an offer,
that has a personal impact – and brings lasting progress.
So that every participant grows both professionally and personally.
